Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near The Park

Pretty on the main floor. Very convenient to Hersheypark and Giant Center. Staff was helpful except for housekeeping. Shower curtain bar is poorly designed and does not allow the curtain to cover both ends, resulting in water coming out one side or the other.

The room was clean and spacious. It came with a simple breakfast. I liked that it provided a waffle machine and waffle mix for us to make our own. Service was good, too.

Rooms - actual queen beds, so sharing with kids made it more comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. A+ on the amount of hooks they had in the bathroom and in the entrance way. Standard bathroom size. Down fall was the room had a hard time staying at temp. It was either too hot or too cold during sleep so made for a long night. Breakfast was typical, an egg, a meat, potatoes. Bagels and toast available and a waffle machine. Coffee served all day in the lobby. Served 6-10am which made it nice to accommodate all times of morning ppl. Large lobby made it easy to hang out with friends. Pool decent size and nice area for parents to sit to supervise. Location easy to get to outlets and Hershey park.

This Hampton Inn is located in a convenient location, minutes to the park, chocolate world, restaurants and shops, while not being in a busy area. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, but the closet door was broken and the wallpaper in the bathroom looked a little creepy. Every night there was a car parked in the back near the dumpster talking really loins and playing music, so it makes you feel unsafe when entering the hotel at night. The complementary breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, juice, coffee, etc. Plenty of seating too. This hotel is also pet friendly, so keep that in mind.

Great stay. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. First impression was that it was a modern and welcoming room with nice amenities. The hotel is also very convenient to everything. Staff was very nice and hospitable and the hotel is well kept. The pool was heated and refreshing and good fitness center. Free continental breakfast as well! Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful long weekend at the Hampton. Rooms looked refurbished and clean. Staff were accommodating and location and parking were easy. Front desk can get busy with some wait time but no major issues encountered during my stay.

My mother and I stayed here for a 3 night visit to Hersheypark, and I truly cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was. The staff was absolutely outstanding, providing top notch customer service from beginning to end. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is immaculate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. And speaking of feeling at home, the staff made sure of it. They took care of every need my mother and I had with pleasure and kindness. It was such a refreshing experience, especially since great customer service in the hospitality industry seems so hard to find these days. The free hot breakfast was wonderful as well. The staff was kind enough to accommodate a dietary concern for me and my mother, which was genuinely amazing. They truly did not have to, but they did, and we appreciated it more than we can say. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. It will absolutely be our go to spot whenever we are in the area or visiting Hersheypark. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to housekeeping, every person went above and beyond to make our stay special. And for anyone looking for a convenient location, the drive to Hersheypark was only about seven minutes. A great hotel and one I highly recommend!

Hotel location was very close to Hershey Park attractions. Room was nice. Hotel itself was good. Staff was friendly. Only somewhat annoyed with other guests staying nearby that left trash bags outside our door and dirty linen in hallways each morning we stayed there. Not sure why you would do that...what is wrong with people? . Its gross. If you really needed your room cleaned or trash removed common sense is to just ask the hotel stafff and im sure someone would take care of it. I did report this to the staff at the desk and they took care of it.
